Finished third on the team and 16th overall in season-opener against Virginia and UNC (9/25), finishing the 5k in 18:08.3 ... Was 20th overall against NC State and UNC (10/16) with a mark of 22:33.09 in the 6k ... Jumped back up to third on the team at the ACC Championship in 21:39.4.

2020 Indoor
Competed at the 3000m and 5000m distances … Won the 5000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial (2/14) with a season-best 17:15.27 … Logged a 17:16.64 at the ACC Championship (2/28).

2019 Cross Country
Led the team at the Charlotte Opener (8/30), finishing eighth overall … Ran in all six events … Best 6K time was 21:30.7 at the Nuttycombe Invitational (10/19).

Saw action in two races for the Demon Deacons; finished 13th at the Charlotte Opener in August.
