Jeb Rice will enter his first season on Coach Jake Dickert’s staff at Wake Forest University in 2025 as an offensive analyst. He joined the Winston-Salem community after serving as the Assistant Quarterbacks Coach at the University of South Alabama where he worked closely with Demon Deacons Offensive Coordinator Rob Ezell.
Prior to that aforementioned role at South Alabama, Rice spent nearly three years as an Offensive Student Assistant at South Alabama, where he worked extensively with wide receivers and quarterbacks under coaches Michael Smith, Major Applewhite, and Eric Ponio.
In addition to his collegiate experience, Rice interned with Quarterback Country, where he assisted in training quarterbacks of all levels, from middle school to the NFL. Working alongside respected coaches like David Morris and Bryant Elmore, he contributed to quarterback drills, film study, and event organization, including the first annual Riley Leonard Football Camp.
A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Rice earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and was named to the Dean’s List.
