Mitch Browning will be in his third season on Wake Forest's staff in 2023 as a Defensive Personnel and Recruiting Assistant.
Prior to joining the Wake Forest football staff, he spent three seasons at Air Force, serving as the Assistant Director of Recruiting. During his time in that role, he helped coordinate on-campus visits, evaluate recruiting film and transcripts, managed the recruiting database, and oversaw the recruiting board.
Prior to 2018, Browning briefly spent time as a Football Graduate Assistant at Division III Mary Hardin-Baylor and also as an Equipment Assistant in the NBA with the Atlanta Hawks.
Browning, a native of Loveland, Colo. and he earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management from the Kansas in 2017 where he began his football career as a Student Equipment Manager and Recruiting Intern.
