Neal Davis is set to enter the 2024 season as a quality control staff member after being a graduate assistant for the past two seasons. He has returned to the role he orginally held back in 2021, which was his first year on the staff. Prior to coming to Winston-Salem, he spent two seasons (2020-21) as a graduate assistant at Eastern Illinois helping with the offensive line.
Before joining the Eastern Illinois staff, Davis was a four-year starter on the offensive line at the University of Findlay. He helped the team to four-straight winning seasons and they advanced to the NCAA Division II playoffs in 2017.
Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in strength and conditioning from Findlay in 2019 and his master of arts in education in 2020.
