Outdoor - Earned Second Team All-Americans after recording a time of 1:47.37 in the semifinals of the men’s 1500m at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Recorded a season-best time of 1:45.42 in the 1500m during the NCAA East Region First Round… Named Second Team All-ACC after a fourth place finish in the 1500m at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Placed second in the 800m at the Wake Forest Invitational…Set a new personal-best time of 3:39.67 in the 1500m at the Duke Twilight.

At the Raleigh Relays he competed in the 1500m and ran a personal-best time of 3:44.43 and finished second in the 800m with a 1:47.92 (Mar. 23-25)... He claimed his second first place finish of the season with a personal-best time of 1:47.38 in the 800m at the Wake Forest Invitational (April 21)... At the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, he competed in the 4x400 and the 800m (May 11-13)... In the prelims of the 800m he placed fifth with a time of 1:48.65 and in the final of the event he finished second with a 1:47.53… Swanepoel advanced to the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 800m to cap off the 2023 outdoor campaign (May 25-27).

Indoor: In the opening meet of the 2023 indoor campaign, his team finished first in the distance medley relay with a time of 9:40.17 at the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 27-28)... He also finished sixth with a 1:50.11 in the 800m at the Bob Pollock Invitational… At the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships, he competed in the 800m and the distance medley relay (Feb. 23-25)... In the 800m he finished eighth in the prelims with a time of 1:49.65 and seventh in the final with a 1:48.36… In the distance medley relay his team finished sixth with a time of 9:40.74.

2022 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Picked up a pair of Top-7 finishes at the Duke Invite in the 800 (fifth) and 4x400 (seventh) ... Capped the outfoor season off at the NCAA East Prelims with a 36th place finish in the 800m.

Indoor: Began the season by setting a PR in the 1000 with a time of 2:29.28 at the Hokie Invitational…Set another PR in the 800 at the Bob Pollock Invitational after running a 1:51.96 ... Earned Indoor All-ACC Second Team, placing fifth in the 800m event.
