2026 (Junior)
Outdoor - Advanced to the quarterfinals in the men’s 1500 meters at the NCAA East Region First Round… Finished 12th in the 1500 meters at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Placed third in his heat of the 1500 meters at the Wake Forest Invitational… Also competed at the Raleigh Relays, Duke Invitational and Duke Twilight.

Indoor - Helped the Demon Deacons claim their first ACC title in the men’s distance medley relay since 2002 at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships… Recorded a personal-best time of 3:59.68 in the mile at the ASICS Sound Invite, moving him into sixth all-time in program history… Cracked the top-10 in program history after clocking a time of 1:50.61 to claim first place at the Camel City Distance meet.

2025 (Sophomore)
Outdoor - Set personal-best times in both the 800m and the 1500m during the Raleigh Relays… Recorded his best finish of the outdoor season with an 18th place result in the 1500m at the Wake Forest Invitational.

Indoor - Finished in third place at the Visit Wake Forest College Kick-off in the 3000m… Achieved a personal-best time of 8:13.84 to place seventh in the 3000m at the Gamecock Challenge… Moved into sixth on the all-time Wake Forest leaderboard by posting a 4:01.25 mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

Outdoor: Performed in the 1500m, clocking 3:52.17 at the Wake Forest Invitational.
