Chase Vaden joined the women's basketball staff in the summer of 2018 as the team's video coordinator and assistant director of operations.
A Winston-Salem native who graduated from Reagan High School, Vaden joined the Deacs with years of video and technical experience. Vaden most recently worked with the Winston-Salem Dash in a variety of roles, including serving as a camera operator and as a designer of gameday graphics.
He also worked with NetCast Sports as a technical director, camera operator and in the production of graphics. He has also worked with FloHoops as a play-by-play announcer for some of the top high school basketball tournaments and showcases across the country.
A 2014 graduate of Ronald W. Reagan High School, Vaden received his associate's degree in arts from Forsyth Technical Community College while graduating with his bachelor's degree in electronic media/broadcasting from Appalachian State in 2018.
