Christopher Fowler joined the Wake Forest Creative staff in September of 2022 after spending the previous year working with the Fredericksburg Nationals.
After joining as a Creative Content Producer, Fowler was elevated to Senior Director of Creative Media & Content Strategy in the summer of 2025.
In his Senior Director of Creative Media & Content Strategy role, he works as the primary producer for the Demon Deacon baseball team while also serving as a secondary producer for the football program while also managing the creative video staff.
Fowler's work has garnered national acclaim in his time working at Wake Forest, winning multiple Emmy awards for his work with the Wake Forest baseball program. Fowler won his first Emmy award for his 2024 Opening Day Trailer on Feb. 15, 2025 at the 39th Midsouth Emmy Awards in Nashville, Tenn. A year later, Fowler repeated as a two-time Emmy Award winner for his 2025 Opening Day Trailer on Feb. 14, 2026 at the 40th Midsouth Emmy Awards in Nashville, Tenn.
In addition to winning an Emmy for his work on the 2024 Opening Day Trailer, Fowler also earned the SVG College Sports Media Award for Outstanding Social Media Video in the Collegiate Athletics on May 23, 2024.
