Drew DeMarcantonio came to Wake Forest in October of 2018 as an ACC Network Director/Technical Director.Â
In his role, DeMarcantonio is responsible for directing and technical directing each broadcast for all Wake Forest sporting events across the ACC Network platforms. During a broadcast, he leads a crew consisting of camera, replay, and graphic operators as well as audio and video engineers, working alongside the full-time ACC Network crew to create an intriguing and professional sports broadcast.
DeMarcantonio came to Wake Forest from ESPN, where he served as an Associate Director I at the network's Charlotte studios. He previous served as the Assistant Director of Video Production for the Charlotte Knights.Â
A native of Ridley Park, Pa., DeMarcantonio graduated from Bloomsburg in 2014 with a degree in Mass Communication, majoring in Telecommunications and minoring in Business.
DeMarcantonio resides in Kernersville with his wife, Rebekah.
