Hite Merrifield joined the Wake Forest Sports Properties’ team as the Manager of Business Development in December of 2025 with LEARFIELD, the university’s athletics multimedia shareholder.
Hite previously served as a Territory Manager for BTL Industries, and was responsible for driving growth and creating new business partnerships across the state of Georgia. Prior to his time at BTL, Hite also held positions at Peacock Pavers and Kontoor Brands.
Hite holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Wake Forest University (‘22). While attending Wake Forest University, Hite was a member of the baseball team (‘19-‘20). A Davie County native, Hite currently resides in Winston-Salem.
