Wake Forest University hired Joseph White as Director of Ticket Operations in October 2025. In his role, White oversees all ticketing operations for the Demon Deacons’ baseball and men’s soccer programs.
Before joining Wake Forest, White served as an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Arizona, bringing a diverse background in ticketing and event management at the collegiate level.
At Arizona, White managed comprehensive ticket operations for softball, track & field, and women’s soccer while also overseeing ticketing for several postseason events, including NCAA Softball Regionals and the Women’s Basketball Invitation Tournament (WBIT). He played an integral role in digital ticketing initiatives, season ticket renewals, invoicing, and seat relocation processes, while collaborating closely with development, sales, and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and enhancing fan engagement. In addition, White supervised and trained student staff, helping deliver efficient gameday operations and exceptional customer service.
Prior to Arizona, White built his foundation at both Florida State University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At Florida State, he worked as a Student Assistant in the Seminoles’ athletic ticket office, while at North Carolina he served as a Ticket Office Assistant. During his time at UNC, White helped manage ticket operations for the 2024 National Championship women’s soccer team, overseeing ticketing logistics for multiple rounds of both the ACC and NCAA Tournaments.
A Florida native, White earned both his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management (2023) and Master of Science in Sport Management (2024) from Florida State University.
