Justin Rogers joined the Wake Forest Athletic Department as the Associate AD, Sales & Fanbase Growth in March of 2026 after spending nearly five years at Boise State
Rogers arrived at Boise State in October 2021 and rose to become the Sr. Assistant Athletic Director, Revenue Generation & Development Operations.
Prior to his time at Boise State, Rogers spent three years as the Director of Ticket Sales & Service at UTSAÂ from November 2018 to October 2021. He also worked as an Assistant Director of Tickets Sales at Alabama from 2015 to 2017, an Account Executive at Houston from 2014 to 2015 and Group Sales Account Executive at Spectra from 2013 to 2014.
Rogers earned his Bachelor of Finance from Saint Joseph's University in 2012 and went on to get his Master of Sport Business Management at University of Alabama in 2017.
