Rachel Bowden came to Wake Forest in March of 2020 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. She primarily works with the Demon Deacon Track & Field and Cross Country programs.
Bowden came to Wake Forest from the University of Louisville, where she was a Seasonal Assistant Athletic Trainer, working with the Cardinals' Track & Field and Cross Country Programs.
Bowden is a 2018 graduate of Franklin College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in exercise science with a minor in fitness. Bowden continued her education at Franklin College, receiving a Master’s of Science in athletic training in 2019.
A native of New Albany, Ind., she now resides in Winston-Salem with her husband Cody.
