Tristan White

Tristan White was named Associate Strength & Conditioning Coach by Head Coach Jake Dickert ahead of the new era of Wake Forest Football in 2025.
White spent the 2024 season at Washington State working as an Assistant Football Strength and Conditioning Coach in his lone season with the Cougars.
He arrived in Pullman having spent the past three years with the football program at Montana State, where he began as a graduate assistant for the first two years before moving into a full-time role as the Assistant Director of Football Strength and Conditioning in January of 2022.
White began in the field at the University of Wyoming football programs in 2019 as an intern while finishing up his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. He also holds a Master’s of Health Science in Community Health from Montana State.
