Brooke Taylor began working in Wake Forest Athletics in August 2014. She works directly with the Demon Deacon women's basketball, men's and women's soccer and field hockey programs as their Academic Counselor.Â
In her current role, Taylor is responsible for monitoring the academic performance of Wake Forest student-athletes and helping them to fulfill their undergraduate academic requirements. She also assists with coordinating study halls and tutors and aids in the development of time management skills for student-athletes.
Taylor joined the Deacons after serving as an athletic academic adviser at UNCG. She also previously served as an athletic academic intern at Ohio State University, her alma mater.
Taylor graduated from Ohio State in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She was a four-year letterwinner as a midfielder on the Buckeyes' women's soccer team, earning Academic All-Big Ten and OSU Scholar Athlete honors.
Taylor went on to earn her master's degree in higher education and student affairs from UNCG in 2014.
A native of Sylvania, Ohio Taylor currently resides in Winston-Salem.
