Field Hockey Remains Seventh In NFHCA Poll

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The Wake Forest field hockey team remained seventh in this week's National Field Hockey Coaches Association poll. The Deacons now share the seventh position with the Michigan Wolverines, who moved up from ninth.

All five of the field hockey playing schools in the ACC are ranked in this week's poll. Maryland leads the list of ranked ACC teams at second. North Carolina moved up one place to fourth this week. Following Wake Forest at seventh is Virginia, ranked ninth. Duke rounds out the ACC teams at 12th.
