Men's Tennis Defeats Florida International

MIAMI -- The Wake Forest men's tennis team defeated Florida International, 5-2, on Wednesday afternoon in Miami, Fla. With the victory, Wake Forest improved to 6-5 on the season.
The Demon Deacons captured the doubles point by winning two of three doubles flights and then proceeded to clinch the match by winning four of six singles flights. Myles Clouston defeated Peter Hoffman at No. 1 singles to improve his season singles record to 22-9 while Michael Berger won at No. 3 singles to continue his outstanding play and run his dual match record to 9-2.
Johan Hansen and Raul Munoz both won their singles matched at No. 4 and No. 6 respectively.
The Demon Deacons will return to action on Friday afternoon when they visit the University of Miami at 2 p.m.
