Men's Tennis Falls to Georgia Tech, 4-3

WINSTON-SALEM, NC -- The Wake Forest men's tennis team lost to Georgia Tech 4-3 Monday afternoon at Leighton Stadium. The loss drops Wake Forest to 10-8 (2-2 ACC).
The Demon Deacons struck early to win the doubles point. Senior Jimmy Chou and Sophomore Andres Guzman dominated at No. 2, 8-4. Wake's star doubles team of Myles Clouston and Raul Munoz continued its fine play with a 8-6 victory at No. 1.
Wake Forest started off well in singles action. Clouston won easily at No. 1, 6-3, 6-4. The Deacons won first sets at Nos. 3 and 4 but ultimately fell in each match. Munoz accounted for the third Deacon point with a win at No. 6.
The Demon Deacons host East Carolina April 11.
