Wake Forest Men's Tennis Starts Fall Season

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - Four members of the Wake Forest men's tennis team competed in the Fall Clay Courts Invitational here at East Tennessee State University from Friday, Sept. 10 to Sunday, Sept. 12.
Michael Berger won his first round match over Matthew Turner of Tennessee 5-7, 7-6, 6-2. Berger lost in the second round to Carlos Drada of Kentucky by scores of 0-6, 1-6 sending him to the consolation bracket.
Johan Hansen, Brett Mauro and Michael Murray also competed in the tournament for Wake Forest, all losing their first round matches.
