Wake Forest Receives Number Two Seed In ACC Tournament

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The Atlantic Coast Conference released the bracket for the 2000 ACC Women's Soccer Championship Nov. 2-3, 5 at Duke University in Durham, N.C., and Wake Forest will enter the tournament as the number two seed. The Demon Deacons, who finished the regular season 10-7-1 overall and 4-3 in the ACC, beat out North Carolina, Virginia and Duke in a four-way tie for second place. Wake Forest will face the 17th ranked Florida State Seminoles at 3:00 p.m. in the ACC quarterfinals on Thursday, Nov. 2 at Duke University's Koskinen Stadium.
