GREENVILLE,S.C. - The third-ranked Wake Forest women's tennis team defeated a strong Furman team today at the Minor Mickel Tennis Center for their thirteenth straight win.

Wake won all six of the singles matches to clinch the victory. All of the Wake players posted impressive wins on the day, highlighted by Adria Engel's win at No. 1 singles over Megan Dunigan, 6-0, 7-5, and Maren Haus's comeback win in the only three set match of the day, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1.

With the win, the Deacons improve to 16-1 on the season and will be back in action on Thursday April 13 when they travel to Chapel Hill to take on the North Carolina Tarheels. The match is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.
