Demon Deacons Entertain Duke On Senior Night
Wake Forest (11-3-1, 2-1-1 ACC) hosts Duke on Saturday on Senior Night for the Demon Deacons. Christian Lonteen, Jamal Seale and manager Hunter Willard will be honored in pre-game ceremonies. The 7th-ranked Deacons have won seven in a row, the second longest winning streak in WFU history. The 1989 ACC Championship team won 10 straight.
All-America Candidate Jeremiah White Leads The ACC in Scoring
Sophomore Jeremiah White continues to carry the title of the ACC's top scorer. White has 12 goals in 13 games, a total of 30 points. White has a goal in each of his last seven games and has registered a point in every game since Sept. 17. The Lansdowne, Pa., native is looking to become the first Deacon to lead the ACC in scoring since Mark Erwin in 1983.
White Named Conference Player of the Week
Following his one goal, two assists performance against sixth-ranked UNC, Jeremiah White became the third Deacon to earn ACC Player of the Week honors this year. White joins the club that already includes Scott Sealy and William Hesmer.
Sealy Leads Rookies in Scoring Against ACC Rivals
Freshman forward Scott Sealy is attempting to become Wake Forest's first-ever ACC Rookie of the Year. The native of Petit Valley, Trinidad, has been unstoppable in conference games with five goals and one assist through just four ACC contests, including two goals against both North Carolina and NC State.

Starting To Click
It's hard to believe now but early in the season, the biggest question mark surrounding the Deacons was its ability to score goals. That question has been answered. During the first six games, the Deacons averaged 1.5 goals per game. Over the course of the team's nine-game unbeaten streak, they have averaged 3.3 goals per contest. Last year, Wake averaged 2.2 goals.
Record Watch: Christian Lonteen
Senior Christian Lonteen continues to work his way up the Wake Forest record charts. Last week, he jumped all the way into sixth place on the all-time scoring charts. With an assist against UNC, Lonteen moved into a tie for third place on the all-time assists list. He needs just four more to tie as the school's co-leaders in the category.
