Head coach Valorie Baker was pleased with Ashlee Phillips' ability to distribute the ball well and Katy de Roecks' elevated game.
"Katy had her best game of this season. She gave offense in the L2 position that we had been struggling with," said Baker. "She pulled through offensively recording two service aces and as well we won six points off her serve in the final game. Phillips did a nice job of distributing the ball. We are ready to finish out the season strong."
Wake Forest finishes up the regular season this week traveling to Elon to face the Phoenix on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. Then the Deacs host Duke on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. and then make up its game against South Carolina on Sunday in Columbia at 3 p.m.
