Volleyball Announces Off-Season Schedule

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest volleyball team will begin team practice for its spring season on Feb. 25. The Deacons have been participating in individual workouts thusfar this semester in the off-season.
The Deacs finished up 20-11 and 10-6 in the ACC, after a disappointing quarterfinal loss to Florida State in the ACC Tournament. The team did end the season strong with two 3-0 wins against Alabama and Middle Tennessee State.
The Deacons will host two home tournaments and travel to two away ones this spring. Wake Forest will host its first spring tournament on March 23 with the following schools attending: Georgia State, Radford, College of Charleston, VCU, NC A&T and Georgia Tech. The second home tournament is slated for April 6 with UNCC, Appalachian State, Davidson, Furman, NC State, Duke and Virginia Tech participating.
Wake will travel to Duke on March 30 and North Carolina on April 13 for their tournaments. Teams are TBA.
These games do not count towards the team's record.
