All Skills Camp: July 14-17
Ages: 11-18
Session Times: 9-12PM, 1:30-4:30, 6-8PM
Meals will be provided for Commuter & Residents.
All players will gain valuable instruction and experience in the basics of volleyball: Serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking and defensive skills. Campers will work on individual skills as well as developing team concepts offensively and defensively. All campers will be grouped on the basis of their abilities.

Hitter/Setter Camp: July 12-13
Ages: 11- 18
Day 1: 2- 4:30PM, 6- 8:00PM
Day 2: 9-12PM, 1:30- 4PM
Meals will be provided for Commuter & Residents.
This camp is for the athlete that is interested in receiving training specifically designed for setter or hitters. For setters, the
concentration will be in the areas of footwork, hand positioning and the mental aspect of setting. Hitters emphasis will be footwork, arm swing and blocking.

4 Sessions/10 hours of Instruction

Day Camp: July 18-19
Ages: 7-18
Times: 9AM-12PM
Day camp is designed for beginner volleyball players. Players will receive individual instruction in passing, serving, attacking and setting.
Cost: $95
2 Sessions/6 hours
Lunch is not included
All Campers receive a Wake Forest Volleyball
ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE A WRITTEN PHYSICAL EXAM FROM THEIR FAMILY PHYSICIAN
