Wake Forest's victory tonight gives the Deacons...

- the second-longest home court winning streak in school history (the school record is 25)
- a spot among the 10 remaining undefeated Division I teams
- a 2-0 all-time record versus Brown
- an all-time record of 12-5 against teams from the Ivy League

Sophomore Trent Strickland
- made two three-point field goals in a game for the third time this season, the fourth time in his career
- scored in double figures for the third time his last four games, for the fourth time this season, the eighth time in his career
Sophomore Chris Ellis
- recovering from injury, played in his second game of the season and scored his first points of the year
- scored his most points since the last game of the regular season last year (6 points at NC State)
Freshman Kyle Visser
- set a new career high with two steals
Junior Vytas Danelius
- missed his fourth consecutive game and his fifth game overall with a high ankle sprain (he has not played since Dec. 15 at SMU)
Wake Forest Coach Skip Prosser
- has a team start a season 10-0 for the third time in his career (also last season and the 1996-97 season Xavier -- he has never had a team begin the season 11-0)
- improves his record to 56-19 at Wake Forest and 221-97 in 11 years overall
Miscellaneous Notes
- WFU's 18 steals tied for the fifth-most in Wake Forest history. It is the most in the Skip Prosser era and the most since January 31, 1991 when Wake had 19 against Winthrop.
- Wake's 28-point halftime lead was its largest lead at intermission since Dec. 7, 2001 (56-24 vs. SC State)
- Wake Forest has made a three-point field goal in 371 consecutive games
- In the first half, Brown made just one two-point field goal
- Brown's 18 first-half points were the lowest by a Deacon opponent in a half this season and its 47 points were the fewest by a Deacon opponent sinceCampbell scored just 47 on Nov. 25, 2000. WFU won that game by the same score, 86-47.
- Every Wake Forest starter scored less than his season scoring average
- The Deacons have held all 10 opponents to less than 50 percent shooting
