
Antonelli, Keadle Participate in Cape Cod League All-Star Game

ORLEANS, Mass. - The Wake Forest tandem of rising sophomore Matt Antonelli and rising senior Justin Keadle each participated in Saturday's 2004 Cape League All-Star Game. Antonelli started at third base for the West, while Keadle pitched for the East.
Keadle (Yarmouth-Dennis) entered the All-Star Break at 4-0 with an ERA of 3.16. Keadle is second in the CCBL in innings pitched and wins. Keadle has made seven starts for the Red Sox and tossed 42.2 innings. Keadle has allowed 39 hits, struckout 43 and walked only eight.
Yarmouth-Dennis is in second place of the Eastern Division with an 18-14 record, just one game behind league leading Brewster.
Antonelli (Falmouth) was the starter at third base. Antonelli went into the break with a .284 batting average, one home run and eight RBI. He is second on the team in batting average, hits (31) and runs (18). Antonelli leads the squad with 22 walks.
The Commodores are 16-15 at the break and in second place, just one game behind West Division leader Hyannis.
