Hey Deacon Fans,

Andy here again. Well, I just got done with 13 straight days of baseball and seven straight days with a game. It was fun but also exhausting. The team is starting to come together. We have won our last three games and are now 3-3-1. I have cooled off at the plate going 0-for-2 in each of my last two games. I did get on base twice (keeping with the Diamond Deacs approach of getting hit by the pitch, haha). I started at shortstop for the first time yesterday and played well. I made all routine plays and came up with a ball I dove for and still got the out.

Today is our first off day and the guys and myself have yet to decide what we are going to do with our free time. We have thought about going back up to Boston to check out the city. The Red Sox are not in town so going back to Fenway is not a possibility. Then of course, there is always the beach, but the weather is supposed to be a little cool. Nice, but cool. Personally, I am thinking about hitting the links.

I am slowly slipping into a routine. Get up, go to work, play baseball, lift and go back to bed then do it all over again. Life is pretty simple right now, haha.

Well that's pretty much all I have for now. I will write about the off day next time because I know all you readers are dying to know what we did.

Til next time -- Go Deacs
