Women's Basketball Welcomes Morgan State

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest women's basketball team will take a break from ACC action to host a non-conference game against Morgan State, Wednesday evening at 6 p.m.
The Demon Deacons are fresh off their first ACC victory of the the season, a 65-64 victory over NC State. In the win, senior Cotelia Bond-Young made a three-point play with 3.7 seconds left to mark the first time since the 1995-96 season that Wake Forest has defeated NC State in Joel Coliseum.
Morgan State enters the game on an 11-game losing streak, including a 57-39 loss to Florida A&M. The road game will be the Lady Bear's seventh consecutive road game.
