No. 8 Demon Deacons vs. Coastal Carolina...
The Wake Forest men's soccer team is seeking its ninth win of the season when it hosts non-conference rival Coastal Carolina at Spry Stadium on Friday night. The Demon Deacons are coming off a 2-1 home win against Appalachian State Tuesday night. The Chanticleers broke a five-game winless streak with a 1-0 win against UNC Asheville on Tuesday.

A Win This Evening Would...
improve the Demon Deacons to 9-2 overall ... give the Deacs' two-game winning streak ... give Wake Forest a 4-2 record at Spry Stadium in 2006 ... improve the Deacs' record against CCU to 3-0 ... give the Deacs an 8-0 record against non-conference foes this season ... give head coach Jay Vidovich his 157th career victory.

A Loss This Evening Would...
drop the Demon Deacons to 8-3 overall ... give Wake Forest two losses in its last three games ... snap the Deacs' 2-game winning streak in the all-time series ... give the Deacs their first loss to a runanked opponent this season ... deny head coach Jay Vidovich his 157th career victory.
