Opening Drive
- Kevin Marion opened the game with an 80-yard kickoff return, the second-longest return of his career.
- That led to a three-play scoring drive and resulted in a 13-yard touchdown pass to Kenny Moore with 14:01 to play in the first quarter.
- The touchdown was the fifth-fastest in Wake Forest history.
- It marked Kenny Moore's team-leading seventh touchdown of the year.
- Moore has scored a touchdown in three straight games and in six of seven games this season.
Redshirt Freshman Running Back Josh Adams
- Adams recorded his second 100-yard rushing game of the season and his second in a row. He finished with 131 yards rushing on a career-high 27 carries.
- Adams scored his fifth touchdown of the year on a one-yard run in the first quarter, giving Wake a 14-3 lead. Adams has five touchdowns in six games played this season.
Senior Wide Receiver Kenneth Moore
- Moore entered the game averaging 6.8 receptions per game. He exceeded his average with seven receptions in the first half.
- Moore finished the game with 15 receptions, tying the Wake Forest single-game record for the second time this season. Moore also had 15 catches in the season-opener at Boston College. Moore is tied with James Brim (9/20/86 at NC State) for the record.
- Moore recorded his fourth 100-yard game of the season (three receiving, one rushing)
- Moore finished with a career-high 181 receiving yards. It is the seventh-most receiving yards in a game by a Deacon.
- Moore had a career-best two touchdown catches.
Double 100
- Josh Adams rushed for 131 yards, and Kenneth Moore finished with 181 yards receiving.
- The Deacons had a 100-yard rusher and 100-yard receiver in the same game for the 21st time in school history. The last time Wake accomplished the feat came on Nov. 12, 2005 against Miami. That day, Chris Barclay ran for 108 yards and Chris Davis had 104 yards receiving.
Senior Wide Receiver Kevin Marion
- With returns of 80 and 46 yards on his first two kickoff returns, Kevin Marion set a personal best for KOR yards in a game. His previous high had been 104 yards vs. Florida State in 2005.
Freshman Wide Receiver Jordan Williams
- Williams saw his first action of the season. He becomes the first true freshman to see action in a game since Chris DeGeare in 2005.
- On the first pass thrown to Williams, with :19 to play in the second quarter, he was interfered with, giving Wake Forest a first down at the Navy 15.
- With 14 points against Navy (five PATs, three field goals), Swank moves into second place on Wake Forest's career scoring list with 238 points. Swank is within two points of Chris Barclay's record of 240 set from 2002-05.
- Swank missed a 57-yard field goal attempt in the second quarter, his longest career attempt.
- Swank converted a 52-yard field goal in the third quarter, his longest of the season.
- It was Swank's eighth career field goal of 50 or more yards and one yard off his career-long of 53.
- Swank is now 8 of 10 in his career from 50 yards or farther.
- PK Sam Swank extended his string of consecutive PATs to 88.
- Swank's 26-yard field goal late in the second quarter was his seventh straight successful attempt of under 50 yards.
- With three field goals, Swank recorded his second multi-field goal game of the season and the 15th of his career.
Another Non-Offensive Touchdown
- Matt Robinson's seven-yard fumble return for a touchdown late in the second quarter marked Wake Forest's seventh non-offensive touchdown of the year and its second TD on a fumble return.
Miscellaneous
- With 14 points in the first quarter, Wake Forest tied its season-high for points in the first quarter.
- After falling behind 17-14, Wake Forest has now trailed in every game this season except for the Army game.
- Kevin Marion caught a pass for the first time since Week 4 vs. Maryland.
- Wake Forest's 27 points in the first half marked a season-high for points in the first half.
- Micah Andrews' third quarter touchdown was the 11th score of his career.
- Wake Forest's 44 points marks a season-high and the most points scored since tallying 44 at Duke on Oct. 29, 2005 (W, 44-6).
- Wake Forest did not punt until there was 8:26 left in the fourth quarter.

- Wake Forest have a five-game winning streak.
- The win marks the first time in school history that the Deacs have had five-game winning streaks in consecutive seasons.

- Jim Grobe's record at Wake Forest is now 42-37, putting him at five games over .500 for the first time in his tenure at Wake Forest.
