BOSTON (AP) - Tyrese Rice matched his career-high with 32 points and Boston College made a season-high 13 3-pointers in a 112-73 win over Wake Forest on Saturday.

John Oates scored 14 points, Rakim Sanders 12 and Tyler Roche 11 for the Eagles (11-4, 2-0 Atlantic Coast Conference).

Boston College was 13-of-19 on 3s, and its previous high was eight in a win at Michigan on Nov. 28.

James Johnson led Wake Forest (11-4, 1-1 ACC) with 22 points.

It was the first time BC has scored 100 points in a league game in its three-year history in the ACC.

The Eagles led 45-30 at halftime and broke it open with their efficient 3-point shooting early in the second half.

Four of BC's first five second-half baskets were on 3-pointers - three by Roche and one by Rice.

Roche, scoreless in the opening half, hit his third from beyond the arc to push the lead to 57-37 with 17:29 to play.

Corey Raji's two free throws made it 101-69 with 3:09 to play.

BC, which shot 66 percent overall, was 6-for-10 on 3s in the first half.

BC, hardly looking like the team that was upset by Robert Morris 57-51 on Monday, scored the game's first 11 points and took a 15-3 lead on Sanders' driving basket 4:31 into the contest.

After the Demon Deacons closed within 22-20 on Jamie Skeen's 3-pointer, BC closed the half with a 23-10 run.
