- Wake Forest falls to 11-5 overall and 1-2 in the ACC.
- Head Coach Dino Gaudio drops to 11-5 at Wake Forest and 79-129 in his eighth season overall as a head coach.

- Wake Forest built a 13-4 lead at the 14:57 mark of the first half. However, the Deacs were held without a field goal until an L.D. Williams three-pointer at the 5:26 mark. The drought covered nine minutes and 31 seconds.
- After Jeff Teague's three-pointer one minute into the game, the Deacons missed on their next 10 attempts from beyond the arc.
- The Deacs had their lowest first-half shooting percentage of the season (28.6%). The 26 points were also a season-low for the first half of play.
Freshman James Johnson

- Led the team in scoring for the third time this season and the sixth time in his career.
