With the win...
- Wake Forest improves to 13-6 overall and 3-3 in the ACC.
- Head Coach Dino Gaudio moves to 13-6 at Wake Forest and 81-130 in his eighth season overall as a head coach.
- Wake has now won 16 straight games at Joel Coliseum (dating back to Feb. 6, 2007), which is the ACC's longest current streak and tied for eighth in the country.
- The Deacons move to 238-53 all-time at Joel Coliseum (opened in 1989-90), including a 100-45 record in conference games.
- Wake improves to 373-403 all-time in ACC play and 535-680 all-time against current ACC members.

- Wake Forest won the opening tip for just the second time this season.
- The Deacs have hit at least one three-pointer in 509 straight games (dating back to Feb. 8, 1992, at North Carolina). Chas McFarland pushed the streak to the 509 with his three-pointer at the 14:08 mark of the first half.
- Wake Forest had its lowest turnover total (3) in the first half since the season opener against Fairfield (1).
- The Deacons had their best first-half three-point field goal percentage of the season (54.5, 6-11).
- For the third time this season, Wake had just two players who scored in double figures. The Deacs are 2-1 in those games (at Iowa; at Georgia; vs. Miami).

Junior Harvey Hale

Freshman James Johnson
- Started for the 19th straight game.
- Failed to score in double figures for the first time in his last 10 games and the third time overall this season.
- Led the team in rebounding for the 12th time this season and the fourth time in his last five games.
Sophomore Chas McFarland
- Made his 16th start of the season.
- Made his first three-pointer since Dec. 19, 2006, vs. Gardner-Webb and the second of his career ... McFarland is the tallest player in Wake Forest history to made a three-point field goal.
- Scored in double figures for the fifth time in his career, all of which have come this season.
- Tied his career-high with 32 minutes played (at Iowa, Nov. 26, 2007) despite spraining his knee last week.
Sophomore Jamie Skeen
- Scored eight points on 3-of-4 shooting off the bench.
Sophomore Ishmael Smith
- Made his 47th straight start, which is now the longest current streak on the team.
- Led the team in assists for the 15th time this season and the 41st time in his career.
- Had 6+ assists in a game for the sixth time this season and the 15th time in his career.
- Had his third turnover-free game of the year.
- Played a regulation-game career-high 39 minutes (previous was 38 vs. Maryland, Feb. 3, 2007).
Freshman Jeff Teague
- Made his 11th start of the season and his 10th straight.
- Had season-highs of 27 points (previous was 26 vs. BYU), 9 made field goals (previous was 8 vs. BYU) and 5 made three-point field goals (previous was 2, set three times).
- Tied his season-high of 35 minutes played.
- Scored in double figures for the 12th time this season and the 10th time in his last 11 games.
- Led the team in scoring for the third time this season.
- His 27 points are the most by a Deacon this season.
Redshirt Sophomore David Weaver
- Was the Deacons' first player off the bench, entering the game for Chas McFarland at the 13:38 mark of the first half.
- Had three rebounds, including two offensive boards.
Sophomore L.D. Williams
- Missed the game with a fractured right hand.
- Had his 49-game starting streak snapped ... Williams has started every game of his Wake Forest career.
