Deacons Finish Road Slate with Virginia Tech on Sunday

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest women's basketball team will play its last road game of the 2008-09 regular season on Sunday as the Virginia Tech Hokies play host at 2 p.m. in Blacksburg, Va.
The Deacons (18-7, 5-6 ACC) last played NC State on February 17, where the Demon Deacons lost a tough 65-63 overtime game. Senior guard Alex Tchangoue is team's leading scorer and rebounder with 13.7 points per game and 7.2 rebounds.
Virginia Tech (11-16, 1-11 ACC) is looking to snap a five game losing streak. The team's only conference win this season came against Clemson on January 28. Utahya Drye holds the team-best scoring average with 13.6 points per game as well as 6.7 rebounds per game.
Wake Forest will finish out the regular season at home, hosting Duke on February 25 and Florida State on March 1.
