Deacs Win in Doubles at Elon Invitational

ELON, N.C. - David Hopkins and Amogh Prabhakar reached the finals of the A1 Doubles draw to lead the Wake Forest men's tennis team at the Elon Invitational on Thursday.
Hopkins and Prabhakar topped Campbell's David Clavera and Fernando Guillen 8-4 in the semifinals to reach the championship match. The Deacon tandem will take on Elon's Cameron Silverman and Eric Turner for the title tomorrow.
Hopkins scored the Deacons' lone singles win of the day in the A1 Singles consolation, taking down Radford's Joe Mills 7-5, 6-0.
