Hopkins and Prabhakar Advance at ITA All-Americans

TULSA, Okla. - Wake Forest's 17th-ranked doubles team of David Hopkins and Amogh Prabhakar defeated a ranked team from Vanderbilt Thursday to reach the second round of the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla.
Hopkins and Prabhakar topped No. 22 Gonzales Austin and Ryan Lipman in the match and will move on to face No. 41 Jordan Angus and Malte Stropp of Mississippi State Friday in the second round.
In other action Thursday, No. 94 Danny Kreyman dropped his first-round singles match to No. 5 Nik Scholtz of Ole Miss and then fell to No. 31 Spencer Newman of Michigan in a consolation match.
