Wake Forest Partnering With Fox 8 Gifts for Kids on Saturday
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will look to pass its first test of fall semester exams when the Demon Deacons host the Seton Hall Pirates on Saturday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Lawrence Joel Coliseum. The game is part of a men's and women's Wake Forest-Seton Hall doubleheader, as the women's teams will face off at 2 p.m. at the Joel.

The game can be heard on the Wake Forest IMG Sports Network and online at WakeForestSports.com. Stan Cotten (play-by-play) and Mark Freidinger (color) have the call.
Wednesday's game will also be streamed online via ESPN3.
Last Time Out
Wake Forest is coming off a 71-70 win over Triad-rival High Point on Wednesday. The Deacons shot 50 percent in the second half to pull away from the Panthers.
Sophomore Chase Fischer, making his second straight appearance in the starting lineup, led the Deacons with a career-high 15 points, hitting a career-best five 3-pointers in eight attempts.
Tyler Cavanaugh and Aaron Rountree III joined Fischer in double figures with 11 points apiece--career-highs for both players. Rountree continued to fill the stat sheet with three steals, two assists and two blocks, while Cavanaugh pulled down five offensive boards.
Rountree, who went 4-for-4 from the field against High Point, has made 10 of his last 11 field goals spanning the past three games.
Today's Opponent
Seton Hall (6-2) is coming off a 68-59 win over NJIT on Tuesday in Newark. Four Pirates scored in double figures, led by Fuquan Edwin with 22 points, as Seton Hall moved to 4-0 at home this season.
Series History
Seton Hall leads the all-time series with Wake Forest, 4-2. The series dates back to 1954 when the teams met at Madison Square Garden.
The Pirates have won each of the past three meetings, including a 68-54 win last season at the Prudential Center in Newark. Saturday's game is the second in a home-and-home series between the two teams.
Seton Hall also picked up a 76-74 overtime win at the Greensboro Coliseum on Dec. 5, 1989, in the ACC/Big East Challenge.
Next Up...
Wake Forest will have a 10-day break for fall semester final exams before returning to action on Tuesday, Dec. 18, vs. Furman at 7 p.m. on FSN.
The Deacons and Paladins are meeting for the first time since the 1995-96 season. Wake Forest leads the all-time series 14-7.
Wake Forest will then play at UNC Greensboro on Saturday, Dec. 22, in the Greensboro Coliseum, which is the site of the 2013 ACC Tournament.
