WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest men's tennis junior Amogh Prabhakar has been named the King Fisher Society Student-Athlete of the Week.
The award, sponsored by the King Fisher Society, seeks to honor a student-athlete who has excelled both on and off the field as a Demon Deacon.
Prabhakar, a finance major and the captain of the Demon Deacons, jumped into the lineup at the No. 3 singles position this season and currently leads the team with an 8-1 dual match singles record.
Earlier in the season, he scored his first-ever victory over a nationally ranked player, defeating Notre Dame's No. 74 Sam Keeton.
