WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will look to earn a season series split with NC State when the Demon Deacons travel down Tobacco Road to take on the rival Wolfpack on Saturday afternoon in Raleigh. Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the RBC Center.

How to Catch the Game
• Saturday's game will be televised on the ACC Network. Tim Brant (play-by-play) and Dan Bonner (color) will call the action.
• The game can be heard on the Wake Forest IMG College Sports Network and online at WakeForestSports.com. Stan Cotten (play-by-play) and Mark Freidinger (color) have the call.

Last Time Out
• Wake Forest (11-11, 2-6 ACC) is coming off a 68-53 loss to No. 5-ranked North Carolina on Tuesday in Winston-Salem. Both teams struggled shooting the ball, as the Tar Heels finished at 31 percent from the floor and the Deacons at 29.6 percent.
• The Deacons trailed throughout but were still able to cut the deficit to seven (42-35) midway through the second half. However, the Tar Heels responded with a 16-1 run over a span of five minutes.
C.J. Harris scored a game-high 19 points to reach 1,000 for his career, becoming the 48th all-time Deacon to accomplish the feat. Travis McKie pulled down a team-best 13 rebounds on the night.

Today's Opponent
• NC State (16-7, 5-3 ACC) is coming off a 56-51 win at Boston College on Wednesday in Chestnut Hill. The Wolfpack broke a 44-44 tie by outscoring the Eagles 12-7 over the final five minutes of the game.
• The Wolfpack have five players averaging in double figures scoring, led by Scott Wood with 13.1 per game. Wood is also the ACC's top 3-point shooter at 43.3 percent on the season.

Series History
• NC State leads the all-time series with Wake Forest, 135-99. In its 235th all-time meeting, the series is the second-most frequent matchup in the ACC behind the Wake Forest-Duke series (236 meetings).
• NC State has won seven of the 11 all-time meetings, including six straight, at the RBC Center since the venue's opening in 1999-2000.

Next Up...
• Wake Forest will travel to Charlottesville to take on Virginia on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 7:30 p.m. The Cavaliers are 18-3 overall and 5-2 in the ACC entering Saturday's game at Florida State. Wake leads the all-time series with UVa 69-59 and has won six straight over the Cavaliers since 2006-07.
• The Deacons will then return home to host Clemson on Saturday, Feb. 11, at 4 p.m. Wake Forest will be looking for a season split with the Tigers after falling at Clemson last week.
