CLEMSON, S.C. - The Wake Forest women's tennis team was swept in singles and doubles for only the second time this season, falling 7-0 on the road at No. 18 Clemson Saturday.

The Tigers (14-8, 7-3 ACC) seized momentum early by taking all three doubles matches and then sealed victory with quick wins at the Nos. 6, 4 and 3 singles positions.

Wake Forest (3-16, 0-10 ACC) will close out the regular season against No. 25 Georgia Tech in Atlanta on Sunday. The Demon Deacons are already assured of being the No. 12 seed in the ACC Championship, which runs next Thursday through Sunday at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, N.C. They will open tournament play against the conference's No. 5 seed on Thursday at 9 a.m.
