- Wake Forest will be looking to spoil Notre Dame's unblemished ACC record. The Fighting Irish have started 5-0-0 on ACC play in their first season in the conference, joining Virginia as the ACC's only remaining unbeatens.
- Aubrey Bledsoe collected the 30th shutout of her career on Sunday against Notre Dame, moving her into a tie for the eighth-most clean sheets in ACC history.
- Riley Ridgik's game-winning goal against Syracuse was her sixth of the season, moving her into a tie for the team lead with Katie Stengel. Ridgik's six goals make her Wake Forest's highest-scoring midfielder since 2008.
- Wake Forest is ranked in the Top 15 of all of the major polls and is No. 8 in the important NCAA RPI which is used for selection and seeding for the NCAA Championship.
