No. 16 Wake Forest heads to the Empire State to play new ACC-member institution Syracuse on Saturday.

Last Time Out
Anna Kozniuk registered two goals on Sunday afternoon as No. 14 Wake Forest defeated James Madison 5-1 at Kentner Stadium.
Taylor Rhea, Holly Brown and Jess Newak all added a goal for the Demon Deacons who improve to 10-6 on the season. James Madison falls to 8-7 with the loss.
Valerie Dahmen made two saves as the Deacs held a 23-7 advantage in shots over the Dukes. James Madison scored first in the game but Wake Forest held the Dukes scoreless the rest of the way while tallying five goals.
Wake Forest Storylines
Wake Forest is ranked No. 16 in the latest NFCHA poll. The Deacs were ranked No. 18 in the preseason poll.
The Deacs are 8-2 at Kentner Stadium this year, outscoring opponents 38-14 during that time.
Wake Forest is No. 11 in the latest RPI.
Taylor Rhea continues to score as she has tallied nine goals in the last six games. She had four goals last week including a hat trick against Radford.
The Demon Deacons host Boston College on Nov. 2 for the last game of the regular season.

The Orange are coming off a game in which No. 1 Maryland scored with 49 seconds remaining in regulation and again 2:37 into overtime to defeat No. 4 Syracuse, 2-1, last Friday evening.
