Bogaerts Seeded Fifth in Upcoming National Indoor Championship

SKILLMAN, N.J. - Wake Forest men's tennis junior Romain Bogaerts was seeded fifth in the upcoming USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championship, the ITA announced on Monday night.
Bogaerts, ranked No. 20 in the preseason, will take on Georgia's No. 17-ranked Nathan Pasha in a rematch of a quarterfinal from the ITA Men's All-American Championships on Thursday at approximately noon.
In that meeting, Bogaerts earned a 7-6 (6), 6-2 win over Pasha to reach the semifinals.
Bogaerts is 4-1 this fall, including three wins over top-25 foes.
The 32-man field features eight players ranked in the preseason top 10. The winner between Bogaerts and Pasha will play the winner of Virginia's No. 80-ranked Thai Kwiatkowski and Stanford's top freshman Thomas Fawcett.
