DURHAM, N.C. - The Wake Forest women's tennis team completed day two of competition on Saturday in the Kitty Harrision Invitational at the Sheffield Tennis Center.

Leading the way for the Demon Deacons, Kimmy Guerin added an impressive 6-2, 6-4, singles victory over the ITA Preseason No. 109-ranked Alyssa Smith of Duke.

In addition, Karen Forman and Kasey Gardiner both remain undefeated at 3-0 in doubles for the weekend as they picked up a win against Gomez and Storozheva 8-5 on Saturday.

Forman remains undefeated overall as she is a combined 6-0 in singles and doubles play. She also picked up a singles victory against Maria Storozheva of East Carolina 6-3, 6-2.

Also in doubles play, Xue Zhang and Courtney Meredith paired up to pick up an 8-6 victory over East Carolina's duo Grey and Sarjo.

The Deacons continues play in the Kitty Harrision Invitational tomorrow at Sunday and is simultaneously being held at Duke University.
