Wake Forest Takes on Florida in Orange Bowl Basketball Classic >>
• Wake Forest will take on Florida in the 2014 Metro PCS Orange Bowl Basketball Classic on Saturday in Sunrise, Fla.
• Tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the BB&T Center. The game will be televised on FOX Sports 1 and can also be heard on the Wake Forest IMG Sports Network.

• Wake Forest and Florida have met 11 times previously with the Gators holding a 6-5 advantage. In their most recent meeting, Florida topped No. 19 Wake Forest 77-72 on Nov. 17, 2005 in the 2k Sports Classic at Madison Square Garden.
• The series began during the 1935-36 season when the Gators made a road swing through North Carolina. Wake Forest earned a 34-32 defeat of Florida in the first meeting but then suffered a 32-24 loss two days later.
