WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest volleyball held its final spring match on Wednesday night in Reynolds Gym, downing High Point in four-of-five sets.

"I feel like we really have improved in the areas we have focused on this spring," said head coach Ken Murczek. "Both offensively and defensively we have made progress and I look forward to our last two weeks of spring practices."

Before the match, Wake Forest also hosted a free clinic, welcoming over 100 kids in Reynolds Gym.

Wake Forest will continue to train for the next couple of weeks including sand volleyball.

"We're looking forward to cross-training outside and playing sand volleyball," said Murczek. "We can get out there and enjoy the beautiful North Carolina weather and continue to improve both defensively and offensively."

The Demon Deacons also faced NC State, Duke and Virginia in competitions this spring.
