The duo of Delcore and Bloom edged out VCU's second-seeded Voscek and Pimentel 8-7 (5) to claim third in the white draw.
In their consolation brackets, both Nicky Kunz and Nicholas Osterling picked up straight set singles victories over Radford players on the final day.
Kunz defeated Janken Thoen 6-3, 6-3, while Osterling took down Jose Manzano, 6-1, 6-4.
Bloom fell in his third-place match to Duke's third-seeded Nicolas Alvarez, 6-3, 6-4, while Delcore was beat by William & Mary's Christian Cargill, 6-3, 6-4.
The Demon Deacons will be back in action next weekend. The squad will be split between Louisiana-Lafayette's Cajuns Tennis Classic, Virginia's Ranked +1 Invitational and the Napa Valley Challenger.
