Wake Forest Takes On Syracuse at ACC Tournament >>
• Wake Forest beat the No. 12-seed Boston College 69-53 in the opening round of the ACC Tournament to advance to the second round against No. 5-seed Syracuse.
• Tip-off is set for 11 a.m. at the Greensboro Coliseum on Thursday.
• The game will be televised on the ACC's regional sports network and can also be viewed on ESPN3.

• Wake Forest won a game in the ACC Tournament for the seventh-consecutive season with a 69-53 victory over Boston College on Wednesday.
•Senior Dearica Hamby led the Deacs with 23 points, eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block. Freshman Amber Campbell added 12 points, six rebounds and three steals.
• Dearica Hamby's 10 free throws and 14 free throw attempts are both Wake Forest single game records in the ACC Tournament.

• Dearica Hamby is the first Wake Forest player to earn first team All-ACC honors twice in a career. She is just the third Demon Deacon to earn first team All-ACC honors joining Tracy Connor (1996) and Jen Hoover (1991).
• Dearica Hamby scored 32 points in the regular season finale to become Wake Forest's all-time leading scorer and break the record set by head coach Jen Hoover in 1991. She now has 1,752 career points.
• Dearica Hamby is second on the Wake Forest all-time rebounds list. She has 995 for her career.
• Amber Campbell has secured both of Wake Forest's ACC wins this season with dramatic game-winning baskets. Campbell scored the game-winner with 0.3 seconds on the clock against Clemson and drained the game-winning basket at the buzzer against Miami.
• With 17 double-doubles this season, Dearica Hamby has 42 for her career, which is tied for the second-most in Wake Forest history with Tracy Connor. Jen Hoover holds the all-time record with 50.
• Dearica Hamby was named to the Wooden Award Midseason Top 20. The list is the 20 frontrunners for the Wooden Award National Player of the Year.
• Freshman Amber Campbell has scored in double-figures in 18 of Wake Forest's 31 games. She is the only player to start all 31 games this season.
• Dearica Hamby is second in the ACC in points per game (20.0) and is third in the league in rebounds per game (10.65). She leads the ACC with 17 double-doubles.
