Deacons Close Home Schedule
• No. 20-ranked Wake Forest hosts seventh-ranked Miami and No. 69 Florida State at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex this weekend.
• The Demon Deacons and Hurricanes will play Friday at 4 p.m. The Deacs will take on the Seminoles on Senior Day on Sunday at noon.
Last Time Out
• Wake Forest fell, 4-3, at No. 40 Syracuse and won, 6-1, at No. 55 Boston College last week. Kimmy Guerin defeated ranked singles opponents in both matches.
• The Deacons defeated the Eagles for the first time in six meetings since 2010.
Deacs in the Rankings
• Wake Forest's 17-6 start with a 7-6 mark against ranked teams has the Deacs ranked No. 20 after starting the season at No. 71. They climbed as high as No. 14 on March 22 to join the top 15 for the first time since April of 2007.
• Kimmy Guerin is the Demon Deacons' lone representative in the national singles rankings at No. 44. The ranking is the highest of her career. She is 15-6 at the No. 1 position with seven wins over ranked opponents on the spring.
Doubles Success
• Andrea Retolaza Andrade and Luisa Fernandez have 25 wins as a doubles team in 2015-16, slotting them ninth in a single season in program history.
• Kimmy Guerin and Anna Ulyashchenko are 11-8 at the No. 1 position in dual-match play, including wins over three ranked tandems in the last three weeks. They debuted in the national doubles rankings at No. 45 this week.
Racking Up Wins
• Wake Forest has 17 wins for the 12th time in program history, but for the first time since 2002. The Demon Deacons' five ACC wins are their most since 2007.
• The Demon Deacons started the season 9-0, marking the best start in program history. They passed their previous team record of seven-straight wins to start a season set in 2014.
ACC Honors
• Anna Ulyashchenko earned ACC Co-Player of the Week honors on March 22 after for her efforts in wins against No. 38 Notre Dame, No. 10 Virginia and East Carolina. She was the first Wake Forest freshman since Ashlee Davis in 2004 to win the award.
• Kimmy Guerin earned the same honor for the second time in her career on Feb. 16.
100-Win Club
• With her singles victory against Virginia on March 20, Samantha Asch became the 39th player in program history to reach 100-career wins in singles and doubles combined.
• Asch became the fifth current Demon Deacon to reach the milestone, joining Kimmy Guerin, Kasey Gardiner, Xue Zhang and Luisa Fernandez.

• Wake Forest closes out its regular season schedule next Friday at NC State.
• The ACC Tournament in Cary, N.C. will be held from April 20-24.
